What is the refund policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product. You are eligible for a refund for up to 14 days from the date of your purchase unless otherwise stated. To request a refund, you must email customer service at info@theoneuniversity.com.Once your refund request is accepted and processed, access to online material and the Facebook community will be removed and any future billing for the product will be cancelled. Receiving a refund also disqualifies you from receiving any bonuses associated with your purchase. All refund requests submitted for any membership type or membership payment plan products after the 14 day period will not be granted.
To receive a refund, you must email billing@theoneuniversity.com. Refunds are not automatically applied with cancelations. Refunds are only given if you qualify during the refund period. No exceptions.
How soon will I see my refund in my account?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account. This does not include weekends or holidays.
How does the monthly membership/subscription work?
As a monthly subscriber, your payment is auto-drafted from the card on file every month on the initial payment date until you cancel your membership or after 3-4 unsuccessful payment attempts.
How does the Annual 2-Pay membership/subscription work?
With the Annual 2-Pay membership, your account is charged the time you enroll and the following month on the exact same date. Annual 2-Pay membership does not mean 1 payment = 6-month membership.
If you decide to cancel your Annual 2-Pay membership after the 14-day refund period, you will not receive a refund, nor will you have 6 months’ access to the content.
TOU enrollment is closed, now what?
No worries! Although we are not taking students at this time, feel free to join our waitlist for The One University. Once you have joined the waitlist, you will be notified of announcements for the next enrollment period.
I am having trouble loading the videos. What should I do?
You need an internet connection in order to watch the session. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@theoneuniversity.com.
Can I pause my account?
We don’t have a pause option, but you can cancel your account and your progress will be saved. The downfall to this is that when you come back, you may have to join at a higher subscription rate.
If I desire to cancel my membership, how do I go about that?
If you desire to cancel your account, please immediately contact us at billing@theoneuniversity.com. We will respond within 48 business hours. We do not offer refunds after purchasing a month of membership. We will cancel your membership so you are not charged again, and you can finish out the rest of the month which after that your access will be taken away. You can also manually cancel your membership inside the member area under the “my account” area and then just “cancel my account.”
I am not receiving any of the emails. What should I do?
First, make sure you check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes our emails go there. Second, be sure that you add our email address to your contacts. Last, send us an email so that we can verify you’re subscribed and have confirmed your email address.
I’m receiving an error message saying I don’t have access to this content?
Please go to your account page, select the Subscriptions tab, and check that your membership subscription is showing as active.
If your subscription is current, then please try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in again.
